    cannot redeem rewards


      still got a reward balance but cannot redeem rewards from feb 2017 up to todate,

      always receiving "We`re sorry but your request cannot be processed at this time. We`ll update you once the service becomes available. Thank you."


      already tried redeeming using sms, *143#, web and mobile app
