Did you mean po ba na No signal ito. Try first to process Basic Troubleshooting.
*On and Off the phone.
*Manual selection of network
*Remove sim and Battery (depending on the handset) and sim and then back again and perform on and off.
If still no signal.
*Kindly try to insert sim to other device. and also insert diff. Sim to concern device to isolate this is sim or phone issue,

Kung sim rejected/blocked na po ito. Need na to visit nearest Globe to request for SIM card replacement.
Just bring 2 Valid ID and the actual sim that has problem. You can request to them to retain the same no.
