    My TM sim card has no service since 03/21/2017 18:00.

      I'm using an iphone5s and I have no service since yesterday 6:00 pm. I've tried inserting a new SIM card and it has signal. I also tried restarting my phone but still no service. What can I do? I need to retain my number because I am using this at work. Thank you.

          When was the last time you have reloaded your TM SIM? if it's more than 4 months (120 days) then I think your TM SIM is already deactivated. you won't be able to retain your number.. you may call 808 using any TM SIM or (02) 730-1500 using Landline to validate.. if you have reloading within 120 days and/or TM Hotline confirms that SIM is still active, you may visit any nearest Globe store for SIM replacement with same number.. just make sure to bring the actual SIM and a valid ID...

           

          note: this is subject for stocks availability of spare SIM. pag walang spare SIM... lipat ka ng ibang Store.
