    BILLING A DEACTIVATED ACCOUNT

      Hi Globe,

       

      How did a deactivated account still billed? I already have deactivated the line last October with a transaction number: 157139487A, and paid the remaining balance last February. how is this possible? I've been receiving harassing emails and phone calls from your collection agencies since last year. the integrity of this company is really plummeting.
