    Why am I getting data usage alerts and load deductions when data is disabled?


      I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, although this is a platform independent issue as I have also had the same thing happen on an iPhone and a Blackberry on the Globe network. Furthermore, there is no mistaking the fact that the data is disabled when these alerts and deductions from my load occur. It has happened too many times and it has become too expensive to ignore anymore. I would guess that this has been happening to me about 10 times per year on each of my phones.


      How should I go about getting refunded for inaccurate charges to my prepaid load? More importantly, how can I prevent the erroneous charges to my prepaid load in the first place?
