    Can't open pdf file of my e-bill despite using prescribed password format (surname   last 4 digits of mobile no.). What to do?


      I want to open that pdf file to see my bill details and to verify if I really am overbilled. First bill is already 4 times my PLAN even if I did not exceed the data allocation and the credit limit.
