    What happens if I no longer wish to pay?




      I have 2 lines under contract at the moment with globe but the experience haven't been pleasant. Both lines were working fine for the first 2-3 months but after that data speed has been very slow considering we're paying 1799 & 2499 plan for each phones and the fact we live in Manila. Outgoing and incoming phone call quality is very poor as well no matter where we are. My real question is what will happen to me if I no longer wish to pay for this 2 lines since I'm not happy with the service we're getting. Do we get NBI records or even go to jail? I do not wish to cancel the lines but for the amount of money we're spending its not really worth it with the service we're getting.
