    REVERSE All CLUB CONTENT SUBSCRIPTION, TRUE TONES ETC. IN MY BILLING STATEMENT!!!

      I did not subscribe to any of these subscriptions... but how come, i have been charged for 3 or more consecutive months... my plan with you Globe T, had been 4 yrs already... out of no where... you will include these charges??? This should really be investigated. Iv tried to reason out with your CSRs but they are insisting that these are valid charges? How will these be valid when we your customers dont even subscribe to any???... plus the fact, who would need these club contents when we can easily download valid programs softwares via google play etc... who would even need a polyphonic true tones / ringtone from these club content subscriptions??? Plain and simple... dont allow these club contents, java downloads and / or whatsoever...
