    Netflix subscription


      Last month,we were offered loyalty reward of upgrading from 3mbps to 15mbps in our internet speed,with free 6 months subscriptin of hooq and netflix,the agent promise to email us the details in order us to activate the account,but there were no email,until yesterday,i received a text from globe reminding us our free subscription,gave us a link where we can sign in,so we did..but no to netflix..now,how can we activate our account?
