      Lastweek, my phone with my TM sim in it had no signal. I could check my sim contacts, sim messages, etc., but it has no signal. Until now, it still has no signal. I tried to troubleshoot it but its not working.


      I inserted my TM sim into another phone yet it has no signal, and I inserted a Globe sim into my original phone, the Globe sim worked in my phone.


      I'm afraid that my sim card is busted, but I totally do not want to change my number because:

      1. It has been mine for the last 4 years;

      2. My number is very special.  :(


      How can I fix this? Can Globe fix this?
