    SIM CARD CANT CONNECT TO MOBILE DATA EVEN AFTER REPLACEMENT

      Ever since I bought the SIM card, I have never been able to connect to cellular data, I tried using other people's sim card on my phone and the data works fine but mine doesnt, even if my sim card is used by their phones. I tried consulting to GLOBE in Facebook and followed all of their advice, from resetting the phone, removing and putting the sim card, turning on and off airplane mode, setting the apn settings, turning on and off mobile data function, and finally replacing my sim but retaining the number, all of these had no effect,  I was still unable to use my mobile data, I have subscribed to different GOSURF promos and it still wont work. What should I/GLOBE do to fix this problem?
