      greetings of peace..


      first things first..i have an iphone 5s and was then terminated but i already paid the overdue outstanding bill to settle my account.. now i want it to have unlock from globe.. when i try to contact globe assistance it replied that it could not able to unlock my iphone 5s because my contract was terminated. meaning i dont have any choice to choose. as i understand it is the best time  that the phone will be unlock since it is already terminated, how come they will say that it couldn't be unless it is still active. how about the IMEI, they can use it to unlock as easy..


      any one here have an idea if the account/ postpaid account have been terminated could not be unlock by globe. is it necessary that it is still an active account before they can unlock our phone..
