How come no one called the whole day today regarding my credit increase, I've already passed my ITR and ID yesterday after waiting for more than 1 hour yesterday and yet no one called our HR today for verification.
As per Customer Service yesterday, Jankin committed that globe festival mall will call our HR today at my given time for verification, but i asked HR the whole day and no one has yet to contact them.
Customer Service shouldn't commit something like that because in my case, i need the phone asap, but globe doesn't seem to commit to their word.
Can someone help me. I really need to upgrade my credit limit to apply for re-contract at a higher postpaid line.
