    New line activation


      Applied for an additional line last May 7, 2017 thru hotline, was approved on May 11, 2017 and was advised that my unit was already dispatched in Eastwood Mall on May 12, 2017. Yesterday, May 15, 2017 I asked a representative of globestore in eastwood if I the unit is already available. She said that my unit has not yet been delivered but I can drop by because they have an available unit so I went there to pick up the unit but the sales man told me that he can't locate my papers. So I already got angry and after a while he told me that he's already processing my application. My line is still not active as of now and i'm really losing my patience. Worst service ever!
