      Last monday this week i received my SOA stating my amount due. So i paid the following day thru gcash. Yesterday, I received a text message from globe stating that I have an unbilled usage with a questionable amount because they sent another message another amount of that said unbilled due. I wonder why which were the real Unbilled amount. Then several minutes my line was cut-off.. Ouch!!! I paid right away at the globestore and the teller said it will be reactivated right after 15 minutes to 1 hour... Hurray!!! its almost 12 hours, no reactivation yet........ How was this? is this the real system or process? I need an explanation...
