    how to fix if internet connection was slow, the router was reset and globe portal says there was a technical problem on my account?

      please help.... what's the problem if i can't connect with the wifi coz the router was reset automatic and when i open an internet on my desktop it directs me to the globe portal and it says that there was a technical problem on my account....
