    Hooq unable to activate account




      This has been an issue for about a month now. I am unable to login to Hooq using my globe postpaid number. I said that we have 6 months worth of Hooq access. But when I try to create an account with my postpaid number it gives me this error:

      Then when I try to login using the mobile numberand sends me the code; it shows this error after i put in the correct code.

      I've tried countless times, rebooted my phone, tried logging into the app (same error), I cleared the cache on my browser, tried other browsers. NOTHING WORKS!


      PLEASE HELP!!!!
