I had the same problem. I don't know how to stop it. Hopefully someone will answer this.
I actually went to the Globe Store to complain about this. The agent
willingly assisted me and filed a case on my behalf. They also gave me a
reference number, so I can make follow-ups too. : )
I hope this works though, because this is really annoying.
