    Postpaid application taking too long


      Hi everyone, it is my first time to apply for a postpaid plan thru their sales hotline (730-1010) last 14May2017 and I submitted all the documents they require via email. I've done a few follow-up's and even an escalation but all I get from them is that the application is still with the support team, give me a reference number and that I should wait for 24-48 hrs. It's been 16 days and to be honest, im getting more and more frustrated and thinking of cancelling my application instead because I dont get to receive any updates from them. Does it really take this long for first time applications?
