      I've been trying to pay my postpaid bill online since friday May 26, 2017 but still it says that my session expired or they cannot continue to process it. Everyday maybe more than 5 times a day since friday May 26 I tried and tried but no success at all.  It's my due date of paying last May 26 and I just promised the customer service representative of globe that after we talk I will pay online but until now I haven't paid for my due.  I called globe hotline last night and reported the problem but she said there's no report that there's a problem on paying online and yet I found out in the globe community here in the internet that there are some people who has the same complain as mine.
