Try using the self service tool at Globe My Account. You will be asked for the start and end date you want your line to be disconnected. However, I believe that the balance due on the account needs to be settled first for the request to be processed.
For temporary line suspension, it should be requested by the account owner, not unless if the owner deemed you as authorized person to do so. If I'm not mistaken, the maximum time a line can be temporarily suspended due to out of the country is 3 months.
