    How to temporarily disconnect my plan?


      Hi. Good morning. I have a concern regarding my plan. I am currently in the US and have been asking my friend to temporarily disconnect my plan since I am not able to use it here and since the phone is also under her name but I am the one paying for it. When I checked my outstanding bill, I believe they still charged me for 2 months. I have been here since February and I personally contacted your office that time for the temporary disconnection and was informed that I have to contact you every month to do so. I need assistance on how to temporarily disconnect my account right now since I will not be back in the Philippines until July. Hoping for your prompt response. Thank you
