    Error: CA10REWARD


      I just redeemed my rewards yesterday for CA10, 06/03/2017, 4:16 PM. I recieved the confirmation msg that I can use it already but it did not allow me to do anything. At first, I was like "its okay, I did not even paid for it" but it's now 06/05/2017, 12:10AM, lunch break from work and still, the "service" is not expired, it did not allow me to register a new promo because it says Im still under CA10REWARD. I even texted CA10REWARD STOP to 8080 but I got a response "Sorry di namin maproseso ang request mo. try again later etc. etc." Whats happening guys? I need to register to my regular promo so I could use my phone but it doesn't allow me because of the "servce" Im currently registered. Expired na dapat ngayon yun. I am planning to get a new simcard but hasel on my part lalo na most of my transactions are in this number. Fix this!
