    WHY DOES THE PLAN VERIFICATION TOOK SO LONG IN GLOBE?

      My mom first time inquired Globe Plan iPhone 6 for P1799 last June 1,2017. The lady told us after explaining the plan that we will wait for 2-3 days for the verification. I waited and waited but nobody called. I visited the website of GLOBE and read some feedbacks. I got worried because I don't want to wait for long like they experienced. . Kasi na sense ko na baka doon rin ako mapupunta. I decided to chat the Globe and ask for help. Since mas nagaganahan ako sa offer nila at ayo kong mag inquire sa iba kasi mahal pero sa GLOBE sakto lang sa makakaya ng parents ko kesa naman bibili ako ng cash pero masyado ring mahal at pwede rin ako mag ipon para matulongan ko mom ko for the bills. But anyway I'm happy because they replied right away. They asked for the name of my mom, birth date and etc. Nag hintay nanaman ako for more information pero wala. Then I sent a message "I understand po naman because I know maraming sigurong nag iinquire but what should we do po? Should we wait for weeks? Months? Baka maabotan kami ng years. Joke lang. Pero seryoso po first-time po kasi namin nag inquire nang phone plan sa GLOBE and I read some feedback sa website ninyo. Some naabotan pa ng mga weeks. Why is that po? Kasi umaasa kami na tatawagan kami gamit ang landline ninyo. Nag inform yung lady na nag work sa company ninyo sa Pagadian City na landline ang gagamitin nila to call us pero if 2-3 days ang waiting dapat kahapon may tumawag na for the information or maybe close yung office doon. Isa rin ang nasa isip ko baka busy lang talaga. Ayaw ko kasi mag plan sa iba ma'am/sir because there offers are very expensive mas nagaganahan ako sa mga offers sa GLOBE kasi sakto lang sa kaya namin. Pasukan napo kasi and need ko po yung iniinquire namin. I hope you understand po".  Nag reply yung GLOBE sa message ko and he/she asked me again the following

       

      "complete name, date of birth, contact number, complete address, plan and handset availed, date of application, reference/transaction ID and channel of application"

       

      I sent it just what she/he told but after that wala na nag reply but after that wala ng reply. I'm so disappointed. Should I to go to the GLOBE store where we inquired for plan globelive?
