    Paid Overdue Balance yet No connection


      I already paid my overdue balance of month of april and month of may then I requested for reconnection thru email and they sent me an email saying that it has been reconnected but when I tried to connect, it goes to "Sign-in to WLAN" and appears that I need to pay my overdue bill which I already did. I also reached them thru fb messenger and twitter and they told me that my connection is already reconnected and I've checked my globe account it says that I have a current balance of P-1,500.00 (this is another dilemma)  which I wonder why I can't make outgoing calls and connect to internet. Please Help me. Anyway, I paid my bill at 711 store last June 2, 2017 at 11pm. Please Help me
