Hope someone will look at my post. I raised a location transfer request for my Broadband on 06/09/2017. I was been assured that it would be done in 5 working days.
Today on 06/21/2017 when I followed up, your reps are not able to find request in system. First rep talked to me for 30 mins no result except line disconnected, second rep says transfer cannot happen. I asked for termination of plan and again line disconnected. Finally some lady picked up call third time and assured me that it would be done within 5 working days with upgradation of plan. This is really frustrating. If my issue doesn't get resolved before 27th June, I will go on social media and post every day. Hope you would not like that.
