    How can I get a problem solved with our internet.


      We have been cut off more than half a year ago due to some technical issue and until now Globe has not been able to restore our internet. And yes, we still have a contract, as we still receive bills, most of which we paid. Anybody know how to get higher up in Globe, as I keep getting stuck in tickets and hotline phone calls.
