I tried the SMS code "GOSAKTO STATUS" to 8080 and the *143# hotline, but Globe always give me this reply: "Sorry, your request cannot be processed at the moment. Please try again later." It has been like this for 2 days, ever since I registered the gosakto promo. I can't keep track on how much data usage I have.
I think my signal is not at fault since I can still surf and play online mobile games. I also have sufficient remaining balance. My globe sim app is also working — everytime I check my balance inquiry, it will instantly send me an SMS. I also know I still have remaining data usage since I don't usually surf the net for these past few days.
So, is there any other way I can check my data usage? Thanks!
