    Auto Charge Arrangement (Credit Card)

      I'm trying to enroll our Globe bill for an auto-charge arrangement with my credit card. After multiple attempts, my credit card company said that Globe is blocking the request and that I have to coordinate with Globe regarding the matter. Upon calling your hotline, you require for us to go to a Globe store to allow the enrollment. Why? Literally all my other bills are enrolled for auto-charge arrangement upon just calling my credit card company.
