    where can i file my complaint regarding delay in the renewal of my postpaid plan.  I am a loyalty customer


      My postpaid plan renewal should have been last April 14, 2017 but up to this date I have not received my free cellphone under my postpaid plan 1800.  My plan is under the business plan of our company.  Some of our office personnel who are due for renewal since last Feb. 2017 is still pending delivery.  Follow up has been made several times with the account officer but all they answer is that they are doing their best to have the phones delivered. Are we entitled for a rebate or credit for the months [email protected]
