Just want to ask kung pagdating ba talaga sa singilan ay hindi sinusunod ng system ng globe ang due date sa billing statement?
Nabayaran ko na yung pinaka current statement of account ako with billing period 11 may 17 - 10 june 17 na may due date ng july 1. I was billed Php 802.50 and was paid in full which reflects on their system by july 1 also. Then they transact a back payment or cancellation of payment on july 8 amounting to Php 800.00. Without any billing statement issued to me, globe was forcing me to pay and claiming that it was an overdue on july 14. My next billing statement which is supposed to be due on august 6 was not yet issued to me and yet they still claim that it is overdue.
Hindi po ba alam ng SYSTEM ng globe ang concept ng billing period? Or hindi lang talaga mahintay ng globe na dumating ang next billing period?
