    Issue with bill rebate agreed upon recontracting


      I was offered a bill rebate upon recontracting, instead of a free phone. It's already the 3rd bill and still no rebate. Agents keep saying that they're waiting for response from the dispute department.


      Does this department even exist?


      Also, since it is in principle not the terms initially agreed upon, this contract can be considered void.
