    Billing Dispute: Resolution for pending incident


      I have a pending incident raised last June 23 and until now no resolution and then my line got disconnected since operator says I have unpaid balance, the balance which I already discussed with customer service the day before I receive my statement and was told that it's agents error. 5-7 days . Been contacting Gservices help and support and facebook messenger but no reply. For Twitter, until now they can't provide resolution on this matter and was told that there is a system maintenance the other day, followed it up and still no response. This is really giving me inconvenience to me. Good thing I have a wifi at home.
