Thru my plan 599 which was upgraded to 699 pesos, I ordered an iphone a day and a half ago. Im bound to receive the phone 7 days after yet. Due to my ill judgement, I realized that 16 gb is not enough for my own use. I really want to upgrade it to 32 Gb. Im willing to pay any additional charges relating to the matter. Is there any way? But if not, then I cant do anything about it. Thank you! P.s. Just to hours after my purchase I immediately emailed Globe Customer Service and they told me to wait for 24 hours BUT to no avail (Ive been waiting). Anyway, I plan to personally go their outlet.
Hi ZiacchiLi, under Postpaid Guarantees you can ask replacement witin 7 days of your unit upon purchase if you're not satisfied about it. Upgrading from 16GB to 32GB this i'm not sure if covered, if covered yes you need to pay additional amount since 32GB has higher cashout compare to 16GB. Better visit the store
