    How can i add our account in "My Account" of Globe because it kept on saying that the account i typed was not found


      After making an account here at globe, i tried adding the account of our broadband here at the office in order for me to view our monthly bill without waiting for the hard copy. However, it kept on saying "We cannot find the account you are trying to enroll. Please check your entry and try again."


      I am sure that our account number is right because that is the number that appears in our monthly bill in hard copy.


      What should i do?
