    Charged for mobile data usage though registered for GOSURF

      Hello, has anyone here experienced na kahit nakaregister ako sa GOSURF I was still charged for my mobile data usage dahil nag exceed na daw ako sa data allocation ko. But everytime naman na nag GOSURF status ako, it says that I am still registered. Globe said I should have turned on my SurfAlert.

       

      Must they fault me? In the first place, wala silang advisory. Sabi ko bakit hindi sila nag inform upon registering. May warning man lang sana na pag di ka nagsurf alert on pag lumagpas ka sa data allocation, regular browsing rate will apply. And umabot na ng 3000 overdue balance ko.

       

      This is what happened.

       

      December 30 8:30 AM - nag account balance ako ang unbilled charge ko is only 35.00

      December 30 at 8:34 AM - I registered for GoSurf50. Before using the service I made sure na nakaregister na ako so nag Gosurt status ako and it says currently registered na ako.

      December 31 8:34 AM - i received a text that my unbilled usage has reached Php650.69

      December 31 10:33 AM - unbilled usage is at 991.92 (Internet 973.91)

      December 31 10:38 AM - so  nagdata track ako and it says i still have 371 MB. So i ignored lang thinking na nagloloko lang system dahil nga New Year and eventually maayos din besides busy din for the New Year. Sinave ko nalang mga messages para may proof ako.

      December 31, 2:64 PM - unbilled usage is at 1173.

      January 2, 2017 8:36AM - i received a text from globe that my GoSurf has ended to day.

       

      So you see, registered ka pa din pero chinarge ka naman outside your registration. GRABENG PANLOLOKO LANG. Based on my billing statement for that billing cycle, ang laki nga ng data charges ko. This continued for 2 billing cycles na hindi nila inaayos and umabot na ng 3000 overdue balance ko. Nadisconnect na din account ko.

       

      Tinawag ko sa globe customer service, i demanded to talk to their supervisor. Pumayag siya iadjust bill ko for 1 month lang. Ang sabi ko di ko talaga babayaran kasi hindi ko naman fault.

       

      Sino na po nakaexperienced ng ganito? and pano ba magfile ng complaint sa NTC. Sobrang panloloko eh
