      Anu po number kung meron man ng costumer service na mag-entertain ng complaints.

      For prepaid user na hindi about wifi,wimax or kung anu man.

      Yung costumer service sa FB ay autoreply lng ang nangyayari at lately ayaw man lang basahin ang complaints.

       

      Ang complaints ko ay ito.

      last month nag-message ako s Globe (FB) regarding sa patuloy na pagbabawas ng load ko every day due to 2363..ranging from 2.50 to 10 peso per day ang nawawala sa akin (Hindi solusyon ang pagpalit ng sim kasi kahit ang bagong bili na sim ay nababawasan pa din).

      Yung complaints ko ay naasikaso nmn. they said na ït will take a much longer time (10days) because this will take entail checking of active subscription from each Content Provider". After almost a month wala pa din ngyayari and nag-follow up ako. Almost a month nagreply na okay n daw at na-deactive na ang VAS subscription at kpg may nagtext p dw ang 2363 mag-reply lng daw ako ng STOP LOAD.

      then nag-text pa din ang 2363 at nabawasan p din ako. nagreply ako ng STOP LOAD, and 2 - 3 days after nabawasan na naman ako

       

      i try contacting again na FB costumer service and they didnt even reply properly

      i try to call costumer service but there is no option to talk personally with costumer service.

       

      every sim card (even newly purchased) is automatically register to 2363. And everyday as long as you have a load in your prepaid sim, this will send you a message and automatically deduct an amount on your load

       

      this is simply stealing from us. imagine the millions of subscriber which will be deducted daily by this.
