It may help if you state your problem and the details accompanying it. I've been a Globe subscriber (still with my original number) for 23 years now and I know how you feel. It's a love hate relationship and patience is truly a virtue when dealing with Globe.

Hi, to help you with your concern, if no available support was given to you by Globe then better file a complaint against them with NTC, I had my billing issue resolved in less than 2 weeks because I reached out to NTC.
