    Does the postpaid plan approval REALLY take more than a week?


      I applied July 27, 2017 and it's now August 8. Tried calling 730 1000 and 730 1010 and they cannot give me useful information regarding my application. Tried chatting in Facebook, they just told me to keep my lines open and wait for a call. I've been waiting for more than a week now and still no call was made. Is there really someone that can help me check the status of my application?
