    System outage: Do I have to pay cancellation fee when in fact it's their fault that they can't provide service?


      It has been months that we do not have internet connection in our house due to Globe's "system outage" here in our area. I want to cut it already because like I've said, it's been months that they are not rendering services. However, they said that I should pay a cancellation fee but how could I pay it when it's their fault that they cannot provide services to us? Please help me on what should I do.
