I am in the USA and have been sending loads to someone in the Philippines for some time now. I use the online service Aryty to send loads. Today I was unable to send a load after many attempts and when I spoke to Aryty customer service they said it was a Globe issue.
Their exact words were: "Unfortunately, your 3 top-up failed, as you reached the security limits, set by the operator, on the phone number ______. I would, in this case, strongly advise you to contact Globe Philippines in order to know if they can help you further with this query."
I apologize if this is the wrong place for this question, but I could not find anyplace more suitable
