I need an email to send my complaint to. I can detail it here, but I want to make sure that senior management knows how messed up your customer service is. I want to report a Customer Service Supervisor in particular. Never mind that I was put on hold for 45-minutes (the elevator music actually ran out after 30-minutes. hahaha).
I've already tried contacting: 211, 02 730 1010, 02 730 1000, Globe Chat Support, and now we're here. And I still don't know when you're installing. XD
