      For the first three months of using my Globe pocket wifi, the internet was great and my load had been SAFE. But since this August, my p.w. says "No internet" for hours at a time, and my load has been disappearing even when I am registered to Go Surf. I have lost about 100 pesos already. What is going on? Does Globe deduct an additional amount everytime I register to Go surf? I never had this problem during the previous months. What's going on?
