    I want to file a complaint against the representative that I talked today

      I was trying to dispute something on my bill. I was so frustrated because I was promised last month that my bill will be adjusted. He then said to me that he will make a case again to process the adjustment on my bill. I was on hold for about 20-30 minutes. After that he transfer me to somewhere else and then i got disconnected.

      What kind of customer service do you have!

      Your internet connection is very poor. I am not notified every time there will be updates on your end that resulted me to have a poor connection.

      Suck!
