i subscribed to plan 999 but my bill was 1700. i called customer service and asked why i was charged with that amount for my bill. the person from the customer service told me that i acquired 8gb of data when i was applying for the plan. I only applied for 3gb data, unlicalls to globe/tm and unlitexts to all networks. can you do something about that? the reference number for my complaint is 112207765.
