We have been using your online payment portal for almost a year and loved it, but for at least the last 3-4 months your online payment portal has not been working. We always get the error message "Sorry, we cannot process your transaction at this time. Please try again later." Then within a few minutes we receive a confirmation email from Globe that our payment had not been processed.
This is a huge inconvenience for us as we have to make a separate trip into town just to pay our bill. I wanted to bring this issue to your attention ASAP, because as an internet company, it doesn't look professional, when you have a website that is not functioning. Other then this the service has been great, and we really hope you can get the online payment system back up and running ASAP.
