      I have experienced a terrible delay with your *143# service. I am so frustrated. I cancelled my previous GoSurf50 subscription using *143# but I never received a response. Next, I am trying to register for GoSurf since I have loaded 100 on my Prepaid Sim. And still I have never received a response. But after a few minutes. It made a confirmation that my subscription was successful for 2gb. But you know what f happened? The cancellation I made on the first place took my 2gb. I made a cancellation for my old subscription and not for my 2gb new registration! I am so pissed since I need to use the data now! Please refund my 2gb I badly need it. Please fix this!
