    Deactivated Services


      Good Day!


      Last Friday, September 8, Globe "temporarily" deactivated my outgoing services due to unclear reasons. I checked online as well as through a landline call and as expected, I had no outstanding balance. It's highly unlikely I exceeded my monthly allowance of 11 gb of mobile data since, as far as i know, I only use up about 100mb of data per day(checked through phone mobile data settings) and it's only been a few days.


      Please advise.
