I just paid my bill and a few moments later, another bill was sent to me through email. When in fact it was still one month since we re connected. And now, we still have no internet connection for internet's sake!!!
If it's the same billing statement that you have allegedly paid already then I suggest that you call customer service and have yourself connected to the billing department.
Your payment may not have been posted yet and it would be good to give them details of your payment to keep them updated.
