Hi. I'm Janelle. I am not new to availing plans at globe. But this is my first time availing postpaid plans via online. The problem is, Globe already gave me the exact date of delivery of my item but it has been two (2) days I haven't received anything nor got a phone call notification. Been reporting also my concern for two (2) days. Is there any way I can get an update? Or can I cancel my order?
Hi wandy_1991. When I tried the online renewal I got the same issue. I just called the hotline to check that status of the delivery and they gave me a new delivery date. The sales department will be the one to check your concern.
