We just install our globe broadband last Saturday (16 September 2017) upon installation all are working until Sunday afternoon. The internet does connect at all but the landline is working and have dialtone. Only the power and the wlan has its light in the modem, dsl sometimes blinks but dies immediately.
Ive tried to call to the hotline but it eats a lot of time waiting for the operator to assist me.
I hope you could help us, kinda disappointing for me as a first time subscriber.
